You’ve worked hard, now it is time to relax and enjoy the pristine powder beaches, warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful over-water sunsets of Marco Island. This luxury condominium is located directly on the beach in the premier, South Seas condominium complex. South Seas is a gated, 55-acre complex with beautiful tropical gardens, heated pools, tennis courts and boat slips. This unit is on the 7th floor, so the view of the ocean is spectacular. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, full bath, and cable TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet and is across from the second full bathroom. The living room and dining rooms are spacious and nicely furnished with a 37” HD LCD flat TV with cable and DVD Player. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has sliding glass doors that open out onto the large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wireless internet access is available.
