Our casita is located at the Starr Pass/JW Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, a 1,400 acre exclusive, five-star resort nestled in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains. Our spacious, double suite Santa Fe style casita is a quiet end unit, luxuriously decorated in a Southwestern motif with beamed ceilings and large sliding glass doors opening onto an extended patio having serene desert views. Minutes from the casita/condo are the golf clubhouse, an Olympic size heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a fitness center. We offer excellent value at competitive rates. Starr Pass offers a challenging, world class desert golf experience located only minutes from the Comfy Cactus Casita. If you enjoy hiking, there are few locations in Tucson that rival Starr Pass with its historic Sonoran desert trails throughout adjacent Tucson Mountain Park and nearby majestic Saguaro National Park West – truly a unique environment.

    There is a 7 pct discount if you stay two months or longer.

    Rentals for six months @ $1,995/mth (or less if during off peak summer months). Rentals for 12 months @ $1,795/mth. Weekly housekeeping service is available at no extra cost for 6 and 12 month rentals.

Our spacious double suite Santa Fe style casita is a quiet end unit, luxuriously decorated in a Southwestern motif with beamed ceilings and large sliding glass doors (from living area and master bedroom) opening onto an extended patio. From the casita, you have a short walk to the golf clubhouse where you can take the complimentary 5 minute shuttle to the five-star JW Marriott Resort Hotel where world class restaurants and the Hashani Spa await you – a truly unique resort overlooking the golf course and the city lights. An Olympic size heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and tennis courts are also only a short walk from the casita, and are available at no cost to you.

Inside our casita are a master king bedroom and full bath suite, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful beamed ceiling living area with gas log fireplace, a second bedroom / bath suite having two double beds, small kitchen bar with refrigerator and microwave. Two couples can comfortably occupy the casita as there is a privacy lock door separating the second bedroom from the living area. Each bedroom and the living area have its own cable television. Comfy Cactus Casita is fully equipped with kitchen and household supplies. Free high speed internet and local phone calls are available for all our guests.
