Great views and very comfortable!
The two suites each with views and balcony-access separated by the living area is a great layout.
I love the simple uncluttered contemporary design as well.
I liked being able to walk down to the beach and town, yet be separate enough from it all too - great location.
Wish I could have stayed longer, but I know I'll be back.

One of the best getaway spots

We are scheduled to leave Monte Vista/PV tomorrow and are so sad to go. This is one of the best vacation spots we have encountered in all of our years of travel. The condo is better than described -- new, elegant, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, nestled on a hillside above the action of Old Town and the beach. It's a short and charming walk to the beach but removed and quiet enough to get away from the activity when you want. We have stayed in Conchas Chinas before, but this Amapas site is better and the view is spectacular. As an added bonus, the owner and property manager are as accommodating and responsive as one could wish for. We hope we can return to this wonderful spot of heaven.

Great space in Paradise!

The condo is beautifully appointed and very comfortable! The view is fantastic, and the large balcony makes the place feel even bigger. We never did cook, but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. It's only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which is very easy. We loved the property, and would definitely book it again in the future.
