Family friendly spacious victorian three story house is two blocks from the ocean with great ocean view. Quiet neighborhood, half a mile to the city of Newport and its attractions, but also close to beach and recreational areas. Hear the ocean waves at night! Large brick patio off the kitchen with a barbecue, expansive lawns for outdoor games and an outdoor shower! We are centrally located between Easton's and Sachuest Beaches, with access to excellent running and biking roads. Newport offers boutique shopping, great dining opportunities, boating, sightseeing, mansion tours, and live music at local night spots. This house has a large comfortable living room and large dining room, plus a sunny bright casual eat in kitchen. All bedrooms are on the second floor.

The feeling is spacious, relaxed and brightly open to the sky and sea.
