  • All linens provided, all brand new beds and bedding. Plenty of pillows....All comforters washed after each guest unlike hotels that wash them once a year. Hot tub emptied after each guest and disinfected and refilled with clean fresh water. All TV remotes and light switches wiped with lysol disinfected wipes and sprayed with Lysol spray.

WOW...I have traveled a great deal over the years, and I must say this home and the amazing hospitality was at a level that is just so unexpected in this day. Gerry, Kevin and their entire family provides their guests with a feeling of home! Clean...I mean, go all out clean, comfortable, extra special touches, available hosts when you need them...unlike any hotel/B&B I have ever experienced. Do you know this host drains the hot tub, cleans it and refills with fresh water after each guest? Who does this? Each remote, light switch and bed quilt is completely cleaned/washed for each guest. They even provide laundry detergent and encourages guests to take advantage of the provided washer and dryer. You can also expect find a new tooth brush for those that forget their own, char cole for the grill outside, cookies and even a cooler for the beach. I have two small children and appreciate the attention to detail that goes into taking a rental house and turning it into a special, cozy, temporary place where you feel at home. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who appreciates the warmth of real hospitality. Thank you for a memorable experience in sunny South Florida. We look forward to our speedy return.

Our Vacation

We stayed in this beautiful home with our twin daughters for the 1st week of our vacation to Florida, it was great EVERYTHING you needed a great home from home, the welcome basket was a treat and Gerry went that bit extra by placing birthday gifts and balloons on the beds for my daughters a very nice touch.. my daughters who are 10 loved the back garden and the football table, the hot tub was fab .I could go on and on you have to visit it to appreciate it..we will def be back..thank you Gerry and to Kevin for showing us around when we arrived ....

Bob and I had the pleasure of staying at Gerry's vacation home in March. We were there for 4 nights, not long enough. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. The house is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. We will be happy to stay again in 2010 for the great grandson's first birthday. Thank you so much, Gerry. P.S.
