in the heart of punta gorda isles, this adorable 2/2 condo is light and bright, fully furnished, in a cul-de-sac and has great fishing right off the dock. bring your boat and explore the charlotte harbor. bring home fish for dinner every night! plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. beach chairs and towels in the closet. washer and dryer inside your condo. we occasionally use this condo so it is clean and all linens, including quilts, are washed between each guest. we even clean the ice trays! the view from the lanai is of the pool and wide, sailboat deep canal and the mangroves on the other side. beautiful sunsets await!!

Downtown punta gorda has unique shops and restaurants. it's small and quaint. if you want theatre or nightlife, ft myers is only minutes away. within 20 minutes drive or less is the shell factory, barbara b mann theatre, everglades safaris, kayaking, babcock ranch and many parks and tours sanibel and captiva islands are a 30-40 minute drive and worth seeing. they have some of the top rated beaches in the world.
