Construction of this contemporary villa started in 1989 and was completed in 1991. The villa is designed by award winning Swiss architect Mike Koch. The owners wanted to combine the elements of nature with the beauty and clean lines of modern architecture. Since the villa is not located on the water, they invested in a most spectacular and grand pool. You will truly not miss the beach when you see this pool!
The villa features: 7 bedrooms (6 twin beds, 2 king size beds, and 2 queen size beds, 6 full bathroom and 1 powder room, including one “al fresco”, fitness room (can be converted into an 8th bedroom with two single beds upon request), 7 TV’s and 7 DVD’s throughout the property, surround system in the living area, central AC in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all the rooms, a meeting room for equipped for 6 to 8 people, secretary desk, computer, fax, copy machine, wireless internet, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, lounge area, and large windows offering spectacular garden and island views, 4 covered patios, Bar area with open terraces, entertainment center (including big screen TV and sound system), and outdoor round dining table for 10 to 12 guests, 4 kitchens, large propane barbeque grill, gazebo by the pool with hardwood lounge chairs, separate laundry area with washer and dryer, large infinity pool, outdoor Jacuzzi by the pool, walk trails in the garden, waterfalls and ponds
