Location: Arrowleaf, Empire Canyon Flagstaff, Upper Deer Valley, Deer Valley, Utah, USA (35 Minutes from Salt Lake City Airport) Accommodations: New Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5+ Baths (Sleeps 6) New - Arrowleaf Lodge, at Empire Pass, in Upper Deer Valley's most exclusive area, adjacent to Silver Lake! Experience true ski-in, ski-out living! Located directly on the Silver Buck Ski Run, just above the brand new Silver Strike Hi-speed Quad Lift. A private mahogany ski locker with boot heaters and ski storage is also included. The ski locker room is heated and located in the Arrowleaf building. It is very comfortable and all you need to do is put your boots on and walk outside. You are on the slopes! This unit is an ultra-luxury multi-million dollar three bedroom, three and a half bath, approximate 2,000 square foot condo. Each bedroom has a private bath. The unit was professionally decorated and includes original artwork from local Utah artists. No expense was spared.

Summary: Our unit was designed for use by our family and friends and is only rented for limited portions of the ski season. It is a long-term investment and we designed it to be enjoyed by all. Our guests this past ski season included actors and executives in the entertainment industry. Arrowleaf has been recently written about in luxury travel magazines. We are proud to welcome you to our family's second home.

Pure luxury!: A 52 inch HDTV over the beautiful fireplace with custom surround sound, in-ceiling speakers (eight in total), Harmon-Kardon receiver with IPOD dock and Blu-Ray player. All are controlled by programmed Harmony remote. A 46 inch HDTV in the master bedroom, with in-ceiling speakers over the king bed, stereo receiver with DVD player and IPOD dock. All are controlled by programmed Harmony remote. 32 inch HDTV's and DVD players with programmed remotes in the other two guest bedrooms.

Gorgeous Mountain Views!: Our unit has the best floor plan in the Arrowleaf complex and has the largest living areas. We encourage you to compare. When you open the front door, you will see the unobstructed gorgeous mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows in the Great Room.

Ski: Located directly on the Silver Bulk ski run. There is a private heated ski locker with boot heaters and storage for your ski equipment. Just put on your boots and walk outside-you are on the slopes!

Amazing Deer Valley custom condo.

It is rare that one can say that something exceeded our expectations, but our stay at this condominium was truly outstanding. First, the unit was custom decorated by the owners for their own family. Warm touches were evident. The owners obviously spared no expense-to our benefit. Further, they only rent for a few select periods during ski season, so that there is no wear and tear. Accordingly, the unit and furnishings are brand new.

The owners were also wonderful to deal with. They are a very nice family and went out of their way to make sure that every aspect of our stay was first class. They truly love Deer Valley and the surrounding area and wanted our trip to be memorable. It was.

The unit is absolutely gorgeous. The owners installed a 52" flatscreen over the fireplace, which required them to actually expand the fireplace. The other units in the building came with much smaller tv's. Our friends stayed in another unit and we saw the difference-night and day. Further, there is a GREAT surround sound system in the great room, with speakers in the ceilings and fine equipment in the closet. All handled by wireless remote. There were even Blu-ray discs in the unit. Great stuff.

Our master had a 46" flatscreen with dvd and stereo speakers in the ceiling. The two other rooms, occupied by our three kids, each had 32" flatscreens and dvd players. All wireless.

All the bedding is as the owner states-luxurious. The bedrooms are well appointed and have high hat lighting and ceiling fans. It was so great to see a unit that didn't rely on a table lamps in the bedrooms for light. This lighting and the ceiling fans were obviously custom as we visited two other units in the building that had no bedroom lighting or fans.

The kitchen had first class appliances and utensils. The nicest unit we have ever stayed in, anywhere.

The stone deck was also lovely and the floor to ceiling views of the mountains from the great room was wonderful.

The unit is right on the Silver Buck ski run and is truly ski in/out. Really nice ski locker area with boot heaters and great storage for all of our ski stuff. Couldn't think of anything that was not included. Just great.

So, if you are looking for a new and first-class ski in/out condo at Deer Valley, this is it. The snow was great and Deer Valley is our family favorite.
