Gulf Front! 1534 sq.ft. is the Largest floor plan in the complex. Beach Retreat units are designed to bring the harmony of nature inside. Our spacious corner unit offers two king suites, one twin suite, and a bunk alcove. The three spacious bathrooms add to this luxury accommodation. A large balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with an unobstructed view. The king master suite features a plantation bed with an awesome view of the Gulf, and balcony access. For your comfort all mattresses are pillow top, custom draperies include black out liners for sleeping in. A new wall mounted 36' HD LCD TV is located at the foot of your bed. The large adjoining bath has double sinks, water closet, a large garden tub and shower. The guest master suite also has king size plantation bed and plantation shutters, a wall mounted 36' HD LCD TV and an adjoining full bath.

Notes: Beach Retreat has great amenities including 300' deeded beach access, beautiful 3,000 sf pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, fitness center and club house. Everything within a few steps of your unit. The best thing about Beach Retreat is that it is not a high rise. This small complex has a large deeded beach area with easy access for our guests. This unit is located on the end CLOSEST to the beach access. You are just a few steps from the white sands and beautiful water. This 3rd floor unit has a wonderful gulf front view. Elevator, covered stairs and parking are all very convenient to your unit. We are located within walking distance to Pompano Joe's Beachside Restaurant. Lot's of attractions and activities nearby including golf, fishing, boating, miniature golf, parasailing, golf carts, Big Kahuna's water park, shopping (including outlet mall and Bass Pro Shop), lots of restaurants, movies, rental of mini cars and scooters.

Our family has been vacationing in Destin for 5 years. We would all agree that our accommodations this year was our favorite. The condo exceeded our expectations--the decor was lovely, condo very clean and well-maintained, owners were very responsive and supplied a lot of little extra amenities, etc. We are innkeepers ourselves so we can certainly appreciate a well-maintained facility. We have never stayed across the street from the beach but it was very convenient and the private beach was very pleasant. We look forward to returning.

Spectacular Property!

Breathtaking view, beautiful furnishings and decor, spacious, the most comfortable beds, location to the beach, convenience to everything, wonderful owners - I cannot say enough about this property. We are so glad we picked this place to stay. We spent many mornings on the balcony drinking coffee and many evenings with a glass of wine. You can hear the waves coming in - it's awesome. We will definitely come back next year!

Our stay at Beach Retreat in Destin

We have been visiting Destin since the early 90's and have stayed in several different condo's but this one was by far the nicest! Everything about this place was great, from the view, the pool, the cleanliness, it has everything you need. We had a fun and relaxing time here and can't wait to visit again. No more looking for a condo, we will keep coming back to this one.

I would totally recommend this condo to anyone. It was so tastfully decorated and very comfortable and very clean. Not that you go on vacation to watch T.V. but it was nice to have a T.V. in each bedroom for other guests that travel with you. The view is increadable and it is nice being in this particular unit due to it being a corner unit and closest to the entrance to the beach. I have stayed in other condo's before that are at this price if not higher, and don't even come close to being as clean or as comfortable as this one at Beach Retreat. The family we rented from were soooo nice and easy to work with, which makes staying someplace away from home that much nicer. I have to say this was one of our best vacations due to the nice accomodations and relaxing atmosphere!!!!

Perfect Condo in Perfect Location

My family recently spent spring break at this Destin condo. What a fantastic condo in a great location!! The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Very roomy with lovely furniture, comfy beds, flat screen televisions and all the kitchen supplies you could ever need. My son was very pleased to find a basket full of sand toys and we loved the extra beach chairs to carry over to the beach. The location can't be beat. Unobstructed ocean views from the huge balcony. Great place for coffee and snacks. Loved the location within the complex - end nearest the beach walkover and elevators/stairs (best on site in our opinion). On-site pool and spa were fantastic. Large deck area and pool. Bathroom at pool area was very roomy and clean. The owner was a delight. Very patient with my questions during my initial phone call. She is truly happy to share her beautiful home and strives to ensure her renters have a wonderful experience. She called the day of our arrival to make sure everything exceeded our expectations and offered great advise on restaurants, shopping, etc. Some of our favorite restaurants were BoneFish, Crab Trap, Pompano Joes and McGuires. My kids loved our early morning excursion to Krispy Creme for warm donuts which we took to the marina. Ate donuts while watching the fishing boats depart for the day - awesome!! If we have the good fortune to return to Destin in the future, this condo will be our preferred destination!! PERFECT!!
