This lovely villa is ideally located and enjoys a wonderful view overlooking the valley. The living rooms open directly onto a 119 sq. meter raised terrace that faces south toward the valley and overlooks the large swimming pool. The home is bright and very comfortable. It offers an ideal combination of modern amenities and traditional provencal style. The wooded hills surrounding the villa will delight nature lovers with their ancient walking paths. The area abounds with recreational activities: golf, tennis, riding, etc. The wineries are excellent – the nearest one is just a 5 minute walk from the villa. The sunny beaches of la Cote d’Azur are just a 30 minutes drive, as is the lovely city of Aix en Provence.
