This 21st floor unit is in one of only a few brand new buildings located in the highly desirable El Cangrejo neighborhood. Just one block north of Via Espana and less than 1/4 of a block off Via Argentina to the east, this unit offers all of the amenities in a neighborhood that contains just about everything within walking distance....5 star restaurants, nightclubs, bars, casinos, shops, supermarket, drugstores, banks & salons. The building is located almost directly across the street from the Prado Restaurant on Via Argentina, which is open 24 hours. A taxi can be found day or night on Via Espana.

It is an extremely safe & highly desired tourist neighborhood as it contains just about any commodity one could want during their stay in Panama. It is extremely safe and almost any activity is within walking distance. If you were to need a taxi, one can be acquired almost anywhere at any time of the day or night. Cangrejo 507 is less than a quarter of a block off the vibrant Via Argentina (and one block away from busy Via Argentina), which has become a trendy 'Bohemian' style area. The unit is centrally and conveniently located: supermarket and grocery stores: 500 meters (1,640 feet); pharmacies: 100 meters (320 feet); Casino: 500 meters (1,640 feet); Banks & ATMs: almost everywhere within walking distance; Johns Hopkins affiliated medical hospital: one kilometer (0.6 miles); two of the biggest malls in town: 1 kilometer.   • A refundable $50 key deposit shall be required at the time of occupancy. Although the area is one of the safest in Panama, the unit contains a 'security door' in order to provide extra protection for your possessions during your stay, requiring a special key which is costly to replace.
  • Payment for entire stay will be expected upon the commencement of occupancy. Only cash payment shall be accepted.

Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A $300 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This shall also serve as the damage deposit. Deposit can be paid by credit card via Pay Pal or personal check. Deposit is refundable within 10 days of vacating property assuming that there is no damage. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled 30 days or less prior to the start date of your stay.

Transportation: If you choose, we can provide transportation services from Tocumen International Airport (PTY) to our condominium. A trusted individual will meet you at the airport upon your arrival and take you directly to the unit. The cost for this service is $35.

Other Services: We have established a network of individuals in Panama that can assist you with a variety of services. They include the following: Real Estate, Transportation, Tours, Legal, & Concierge.

Golf: Golf courses Within Panama City are limited. However, we can assist you in reserving a tee time at the exclusive Panama Country Club and Resort, as we are friendly with the manager.

Beautiful Condominium in the Perfect Location

I stayed in this cond last month. Sometimes you don't know what you are getting by simply picking something out off the internet. The condo was exactly as described and the owner accomodated all of our needs, some of which were out of the ordinary! The place is tastefully decorated and has all of the conveniences of home. The neighborhood is extremely safe but we felt even safer with the special security door that was installed which bolts from every direction. I was able to leave my valuables out without a worry. The condo is in a super location, close to any type of restaurant or convenience that you might need. We could walk just about anywhere and on those rate occassions that we needed to summon a cab, we had no problem doing so. There is a beautiful private pool on the roof which seems to be well maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anybody coming to Panama City.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
