Lowest Price Phoenix X three bedroom, two bath unit. The Phoenix X is located Directly on the Gulf of Mexico and is next door to the World famous FLORABAMA. This unit is located just above the pool on the third floor, and from the balcony offers panoramic unobstructed views of both the sunrise and sunset. The beach has undergone a re-nourishment program therefore adding over 300 feet of depth to the beach. The master bedroom and living area each face the gulf and each have floor to ceiling patio doors which open to the patio. You will find no better view. This unit is perfect for a family vacation, two couples, or snowbirds who have family visiting during the winter. The family room features a large TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, Sofa sleeper, love seat and large living area all with 18 inch tile. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table for six and additional barstools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king size bed.

The unit was great. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out and we had a nice vacation. Pools were nice, but a little disappointed that outside pool was not heated as it had been during a previous visiit to Ph 10. Check in was a breeze and staff very friendly and accomodating. You won't go wrong here or with this unit.

Great condo! We had a wonderful time and would certainly come again. There is good access to beach and pools and both are very nice. The view is beautiful. Easy check-in and check-out.

WOW!!! What a wonderful experience, from the booking of the unit to checking out, everything was perfect. It was everything promised. The views were beautiful, the unit was spotless, the heated pool fantastic as was the gym. I could possibly go on and on about how great the unit and area was but I will not bore you. But I will say this that we will book this unit again and again. Our only regreat was having to leave. Thanks Kelly!

This condo was fantastic! Very spacious and very comfortable. The beach was clean. The pool area was wonderful. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Enjoyed spectacular sunrises from the balcony every morning. Absolutely beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing! Looking forward to next year's vacation already!
