From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building. The elevators and hallways are enclosed and away from the road noise and outside weather. From the large patio, dining room, kitchen and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a swim in the pool with the kids. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.

We checked in on Jan.1,2009, unit 1107, with ease. Our 3 month stay was very enjoyable. We really enjoyed all the amenities and the parking, which was all in side and was a big plus. The condo itself was very bright and inviting. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and an abundance of closets space. The kitchen was laid out very nicely for cooking. The dining room and front room were very spacious but could use a couple of recliners ,other then that, we really enjoyed the condo and would highly recommend others to stay here. We liked it so well that we are already booked for next year.

We stayed in this condo over spring break. Check in was a breeze; the condo was extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay here. Large patio to eat out on, beautiful floor to ceiling views of the gulf, nice kitchen for cooking, and with in walking distance to the Flora-bama. The ice maker came in handy, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

We had the most enjoyable stay at 1107. The condo was in great condition with all the amenities. The staff were very professional and the beach was the best I have seen in a long time. Great location. I will definitely be calling soon to book this condo again.
