Upper Level 3 Bedroom/2 Bath:
The 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1380 square foot main floor offers quality living space. You will find the great room, with its open floor plan and access to both the front courtyard and back patio, to be a fabulous place to gather. Prepare a home-cooked meal, order in or enjoy one of the many area restaurants. Local menus are provided for your convenience. Enjoy entertainment from the music/game/ video/book library. The kitchen/dining area provides seating for 14 with more seating in the living room or outdoor spaces, service for 12, and all the large and small appliances you would expect to find in a quality home. Retreat to the master suite and watch TV or listen to music in surround sound. Sleep soundly on comfortable beds and high quality linens in one of the three distinctively decorated bedrooms. A high efficiency washer and dryer is provided or, for a small fee, we will do your laundry for you.
Lower Level 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Luxury Retreat :
The lower level luxury retreat offers a warm, inviting and functional space, including 2 bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the romantic larger bedroom, which has a separate office area with a converta sofa. The second bedroom has a bright and airy seating area with its TV and DVD/VHS library. This room has a twin bed and a converta sofa for versatile sleeping options. Also in the lower area is a living room w/leather furniture, highly functional mini kitchen, library and luxurious bathroom retreat with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub for two. This space is accessed through a completely separate entrance through, or, if the entire home is rented, the upper and lower level flow together with ease. WE RENT TO ONLY ONE GROUP AT A TIME, WHETHER THEY RENT THE UPPER LEVEL, LOWER LEVEL OR THE ENTIRE HOME.
Outdoor Living:
The outdoor living spaces offer not only fun, but also places of solitude, room to mingle and plenty of seating. Relax in the gardens of the front courtyard with your morning coffee, while watching the birds and listening to the fountain. Play a round of miniature golf, shoot some hoops or compete in a game of tetherball. Enjoy barbecuing on the back patio while soaking in the view of Pikes Peak. Watch the sun set over the mountains while lying in the hammock, or light the fire pit and socialize with family or friends into the evening. Select your favorite music for the outdoor music system and dance on one of the three patio areas. When you are here, you are home, so take your shoes off and enjoy!!
