The apartment has an elevator and is located on the 4th floor in a building at the shoreside road at the sand-beach. It has 2 southern balconies and a beautiful view of the sea from Cap d´Antibes to Cannes.. It is furnished with all comforts (air conditioning, heating, satellite TV etc.). There are nearby shops, restaurants and doctors. Closed garage-box in an adjacent building.

Juan les Pins is the centre of the Côte d'Azur, 8 km from Cannes, 20 km to Nice, not far from Monaco or Saint Tropez. The province with its olive trees and lavender fields lays at your feet, as well Saint Paul de Vence, Tourette sur Loup, Gourdon, Biot, Valbonne and Grasse well known for its perfumes. The Gorge de Verdon with its turquoise bathing lake is suitable for a day trip, as well as Valberg, Isola or Auron in the high mountains. In Juan les Pins, you find highly transparent sea water with clean sand beaches and all aquatic sports are to be practised. A walk in the Cap d'Antibes with his millionaire's villas and its fantastic panorama from Cannes until Monaco is highly recommended. There are numerous golf fields and casinos in the area and youngsters may watch the dolphin shows in Marineland and get acquainted with all kind of fish from the Mediterranean Sea.
