The Farmhouse has three bathrooms, four bedrooms, an open fireplace, inviting large comfortable chesterfields and a pool table for evening get-togethers as well as a back to back fireplace in the kitchen and television room. When checking our website, you will see many pleasant surprises included in the property. When staying at Clam Bay Island Retreat you will find many hiking trails that will allow you vistas of neighbouring islands, the Washington coastal area amongst a cedar forest. There is a Saturday market at the Community Center and numerous artist's studios for you to wander through. At different times we have events at a local winery and at the community center. The National Parks have programs throughout the summer season. Just 10 minutes from Clam Bay is a professional nine hole golf course. There is also a disc golf course located on North Pender as well. Many enjoy the water here kayaking, canoeing and sailing.

  • On ground level you will find a half bath and a full bath. The full bath has the old fashioned claw legged tub. Upstairs you will find a full bath with a shower and bidet.

  • The bedrooms are spacious. Bedroom one is on the ground floor with french doors to the covered deck overlooking the garden, orchard and vineyard areas. The other three are upstairs with a bathroom to accommodate the bedrooms. Bedroom two has wall to wall mirrored closet with skylight and faces the front entrance of the Farmhouse. Bedroom 3 overlooks the ponds and the ocean while bedroom four looks upon our vineyard and orchard, garden areas.

Notes: Guests have access to a Japanese hot tub and sauna set apart in its own area amongst our Japanese gardens. From the hot tub you look out at the beautiful cedar forest that surrounds Clam Bay. Stereo system in place during the summer months. The kitchen of the Farmhouse is equipped with a 6-burner propane stove, numerous pots and pans for caterers to use as well as individuals. There is a side by side fridge-freezer as well as a walk-in pantry that has a large cooler and deepfreeze for our clients' needs. If you are staying a week, housekeeping will be doing a change of linens, towels etc, every third day. There are also laundry facilities available to our guests if needed.
