Our condo is located in the heart of Orlando Florida close to Disney, near the Orlando Convention Center, next to Sea World and many other Orlando attractions. Our spacious 2001sq. foot rental villa is elegantly furnished and professionally decorated. It boasts a gorgeous view of Lake Cay and the large resort style pools. Our Vista Cay condo will comfortably sleep ten. Our vacation villa offers wall mounted 32” LCD TV’s, and DVD players in all rooms plus a PlayStation computer for the kids.You find the convenience of the Publix just in walking distance of your front door. This Vista Cay condo is just minutes away from Aquatica, Sea World’s newest water park, Universal Studios, the Disney Theme parks, and Downtown Disney just to name a few. We shared with another family (4 adults, 5 children). The unit accommodated our group perfectly. The unit looked the same as in pictures. The previous renters must have smoked because of faint smell and ash tray found on porch. Be prepared to buy extra toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. if staying several days. The Publix grocery store is next door and is great! The pool and rec areas were great. It took us (with traffic) about 20-25 minutes to get to Disney. The owner was very helpful with all questions. I was a little nervous as well when I saw payment was sent to Iceland; however, everything worked out. Bottom line...great value!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

I booked this home very last minute and was hesitant to make the reservation when I realized I was sending a payment to Iceland. I'm glad the owner reassured me becasue we truly enjoyed this beautifully furnished home away from home! It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit and returning home with no laundry to do! The location was terrific and we were very close to Universal Studios and Seaworld. There is a beautiful large pond that the deck overlooks with a great walking/running trail. I recommend taking a morning/evening walk around the pond. The decks also has a great view of the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities and we hope to return again in the future. I have stayed many times directly at Disney and found this home to be a great value and certainly luxurious. We would choose this condo again for our next stay. The owner was also very accomodating with letting us arrive and depart at our convenience. Enjoy your stay in Florida,
