Located on boca ciega bay, this three year old waterfront condo/hotel offers luxury accommodations with beautiful bay views and sunsets at affordable prices! our 1 bed/ 1 bath unit sleeps up to 4 guests that includes a queen size bed and a queen sleeper/sofa. The bedroom and the living room each have a tv with a dvd player in the living room. The large sliding glass doors open to the over-sized balcony with a table and chairs and beautiful views of boca ciega bay. Another plus is you can watch your children swim below in the pool while lounging on your balcony! Many luxury amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, granite counter tops and internet access (wireless). This particular unit's door is steps away from the elevator (for easy access). Beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise room and fishing dock! Within minutes from many local and national restaurants!

The condo is in great shape and comfortable with awesome views and a great location. It was close enough to everything with lots of privacy. It was very comfortable for 2 adults and a med size dog (who loved the patio with all the birds flying by). The owner was so helpful and easy to work with and we look forward to returning next year.

GREAT place to stay, even better than the pictures

This is a great place to stay, we went for spring break and brought our dog. It was a great vacation, the condo was so nice and had such a beautiful view. We couldn't believe that we could afford to stay somewhere so nice. The property was very clean and quiet. We made use of the fishing dock, which was great. We also found a fun dog beach and dog park, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The owner was great to work with and very helpful. We had such a great vacation and would love to stay in this condo again someday. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is very secluded with great views and a beautiful resort. I would definitely recommend this condo and the owner was so great to work with.
