Newer home with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new tile floor, new heated pool, beautiful custom pavers, lg. screened patio, and lovely tropical landscaping. Also has a 2-c garage so your car is not parked in the hot sun! Located in Palm Beach Shores (the premier neighborhood on Singer Island). It's a short walk to the beach, or the Sailfish Marina with it's very popular restaurant, as well as boating, fishing, water taxis, etc. On Thursday nights enjoy Sunset at the Sailfish w/Conch Fritters!! We provide a 37' HD LCD TV and DVD Player n the Family Room with over-sized leather sofa and love seat. The Master and 2nd bedroom also have LCD TVs with cable. Cable as well as high speed internet are also provided. New Kitchen appliances - oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, as well as programmable coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. Included are plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, bake ware, cookware, linens, towels, 2 hairdryers, and even a DVD library.
