We invite you to Bear Hollow and Raccoon Lagoon, premier 3800 square foot Mountaineer Log Homes. High end furnishings, meticulously maintained million dollar properties. These popular rentals have the best, unobstructed lake front views in Deep Creek! Many Deep Creek lake front homes have obstructed views of the lake due to dense trees the state does not allow owners to remove or they may also have deep slopes to waters edge. Not these homes. Only 50 feet to waters edge with level grass lot. Motor your boat into each homes Type-A dock with the marina just a block away for launching or rentals.

Basswood tongue and groove ceilings and beautifully finished log and oak interior walls, these homes glow with a golden warmth that invites you to come in and get comfortable by the native stone fireplace overlooking beautiful Deep Creek Lake.

Bear Hollow and Raccoon Lagoon were designed and outfitted with full guest comfort in mind, including double sided staircases, two over-size master suites, each with its own large private bathroom. Bask in your bubbling hot tub outside after a long day of boating or skiing. All high-end beautiful furnishings, loaded kitchen, games, DVD's, surround sound stereo/and TV. Free high speed DSL internet hookup. Very clean! Enjoy the lower level game room with pool table, full refrigerator, lots of games, DVD movies and a wet bar and second fireplace. My family, total of 10, stayed at the house for a week. This is a great house, fully loaded with everything you need and more. The kitchen has every utensil, appliance, pots,bowls, pans, etc. We were very comfortable at the house with plenty of space. We loved the hot tub and fire pit!!! The lake is pretty busy during the day, but we enjoyed boating around. There is plenty of activities in the area. We enjoyed golf, fishing, biking, and the mountain coaster. I would highly recommend this house. The location is great, 5-10 minutes to just about any place.

What a wonderful house!! It had everything that we needed and then some. The bedrooms were gorgeous and the amenities fantastic.

After renting a different house every year for 12 years we have found a house that we would like to come back to!!

The Bear Hollow property was absoutely stunning! The house itself was charming and everything the owners said it would be and more! It was beauifully decorated and very welcoming for a family of 12. Pleanty of room both inside and out and the view of the lake was breathtaking.

Everything we needed was located close by, and my husband and I, our kids and grandkdis had tons of fun. The adults throughly enjoyed fishing, hiking, and the Wisp resort activities. The little ones had lots of fun particiating in different functions at the state park and nearby attractions. The only negative comment, we only had one week there and we wish the the weather would have been a lttle warmer to take better advantage of the lake.

All in all, its a wonderful family vacation spot; I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It was just wonderful. We had pots and pans to cook with. Most places don't have the nicer kitchen things to use like your Bear Hollow home. The girls stayed down stairs and we only saw them at meals or when we where out on the water. We called the downstairs "The She Cave". We all had a great time and stay!!!

Bear Hollow was a wonderful location for our recent extended family vacation. The accomodations were spacious and up-scale - perfect for individual family units with separate bathrooms and great group gathering space...and we just loved the view!!
