Superb brand new villa with own pool and tropical garden in select residential area, situated at quiet seaside resort of Yoff, near traditional fishing village, 1 mile from airport, 3 miles from centre of Dakar. Five air-conditioned double bedrooms all with spacious balcony, 4 bathrooms, mosquito nets on all doors, windows and beds (impregnated with insecticide). Fully-equipped kitchen (Siemens), with fridge, American freezer, micro-wave, dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite TV, high-speed broadband, webcam, baby-cot and high-chair. Spacious open plan living room and dining area. Veranda leading onto pool. Roof terrace with wonderful sea views. Daily cleaning and caretaker 24h/24h included in the price. Linen and towels provided. Leisurely 1 minute stroll from beach.Own generator (diesel cost extra). Meals, taxi pick up from airport and nanny/babysitter may be provided. Private French lessons for children or adults may also be booked with experienced high school teacher!
