This brand new Villa built in June 2006, offers everything that you and your family could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful vacation or holiday at Disney World and the unlimited attractions in the Orlando area. This home is extremely comfortable with all the necessities and amenities. Aviana Resort, is a private, gated community with 24 hr security, located in Davenport, Florida. It's just a short drive to Walt Disney World(15 min) and over 50 golf courses in close proximity, such as Champion's Gate Golf Course, Reunion Golf and Country Club, Providence Golf Course and all of the Disney Courses. With very easy access to Interstate 4, all theme parks, attractions and restaurants in Orlando are at your fingertips (Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild, International Drive, Gaylord Palms, Cypress Gardens). Dream Vacation

We stayed at Magic Mickey's Villa during January with my 3 year old son, he loved the kid's room. It had video's for him and he loved the bunk beds. The villa is located just 15 minutes from Disney and we loved that we could come back from a long day and relax in the pool. We also went to the clubhouse, it had a amazing playground and our son played in the sand volleyball court. Thank you so much, we will be booking again next year. It was truly the best vacation we have had in years.

A Great Place for a Family Vacation

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Our six year old granddaughter, when asked what was her favorite part of her Disney vacation said, without hesitation, "the pool at the condo". Everything was just as advertised, and spotlessly clean when we arrived. The drive to Disney was less than twenty minutes. We would recommend Magic Mickey's Villa to any family or group of friends who need/want more than a hotel room.

My wife and kids have been vacationing in the Disney area for years. This is by far the best place we have stayed. Everything from location, cleanliness, service, and amenities has been far superior to vacation rentals we have stayed at in the past. Disney and restaurants are no more than 10 minutes away and the community itself is amazing. See you next year!!!

Great Fun at Mickey's Aviana

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a great time. With any vacation you seek a great location, comfort and great amenities. This has it all.

The Aviana resort has an excellent location. We did our gocery shopping at Publix, less than five minutes away. We consistently traversed the I4 (Tampa Bay for Lightning games, Universal Studios, shopping, etc. etc.), and we loved the fact that we could get on the I4 in just a very few short minutes.

The resort itself has a wonderful Club house with a great community pool, hot tub, excercise room, and internet cafe. It is very quiet and relaxing. Our four teenagers thoroughly enjoyed visiting the clubhouse almost every day. We enjoyed relaxing by the Clubhouse pool for a good read.

The house is beautifully laid out, clean and bright, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuites). A spacious kitchen, nook/dining area and family area gave us all a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We also enjoyed the use of the Gas BBQ to grill on.

Fran and Kim (owners) were unbelievably helpful and accomodating. When they realized that we did not have US coverage on our cell phones (we're Canadian) they came to our rescue by providing us with a cell phone to use at the house and at the parks.

We all had a great time and know you will too.

After countless hours of searching and one false booking, we were relieved when we found Magic Mickey's Villa.

The owners were wonderful to deal with from the initial booking until the day of our departure.

The villa was beautifully (tastefully) decorated, roomier than anticipated (at one point we had 6 adults and 3 kids) and complex was surprisingly quiet.

Joanne in particular went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home....thank you.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.
