Relax and enjoy this newly decorated and fully furnished, two bedroom home in a quiet, family-oriented, private subdivision just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The village offers a community pool and a gated community dock. *Enter through the front porch to the large living room that has two new Queen-Size convertible sofas and a wicker chaise. There is plenty of room to stretch and relax and catch a quick nap after a long day at the beach. It has a big screen TV with cable access. There is also a DVD available for your use and as an additional bonus, Wireless Internet is provided. *The dining room is separate and seats six to eight. From the nearby kitchen, you can prepare and serve your gourmet meals. There is a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, microwave, as well as all the other appliances, cooking tools, and bake ware you will need. Dish service for 12 is provided.

This home is located just steps from the dune walkover across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This is the narrowest part of the island making it easy to access the Gulf or the Sound.

Dish service for 12 is provided. *A game table with four chairs is available for overflow seating or for card games, etc. A full-size washer and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are in a separate laundry room. *The community pool is about 25 yards from the house and offers a great place for the children or adults. There is a beautiful white sand beach at the rear of the subdivision bordering Santa Rosa Sound. This is a safe place for the children when the waves and undertow at the beach is dangerous. *The gated dock is also available bordering the Santa Rosa Sound. A code will be provided. Private boat slip available but please call to inquire about the availability and parking requirements.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was nice to have the flat screen TV during football season!! The tile floors were beautiful and with our pet, they worked out well. The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. We also enjoyed the front porch. We enjoyed being so close to Ft. Walton. We would definitely stay again.
