Gulf Bay Club Condominiums are located on Casey Key, a unique barrier island located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Inland Waterway just north of Venice, Florida. Come and see why Casey Key is known as the 'hidden paradise.' The Gulf to Bay Club is close to the famous Venice Jetties and Swing Bridge. The area is well known for it's fine fishing, outstanding restaurants, and championship golf courses all just minutes away. Casey Key is close to retail and outlet shopping. Famous Florida Attractions are all close by. You can swim in the warm gulf waters year round. Shelling at it's finest...the area is known as the 'Sharks Tooth Capital of the World'.

Nokomis is a diamond in the rough-the Florida that time has forgotten. Enjoy walks on Casey Key, a beautiful barrier island of white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets and no high rises. Shelling and shark tooth finds are plentiful and fishing opportunities abound. This area has it all. Craft your stay to your liking. Spend quiet days on the beach, go fishing or kayaking. Take evening strolls on the beach and watch the sunset. All the essentials are easily accessed within a quarter of a mile. Two restaurants are within walking distance as it is a full-service marina. If you would like a more lively stay, boat rentals, golf, and tennis are all nearby. A short drive north is Sarasota, the cultural capital of Florida where music, theater, galleries, shopping, and restaurants abound. South of us is the island of Venice, a picturesque, quaint town. Its main street is lined with palms and flowers. Shops, restaurants, and sidewalk cafes line both sides of the streets.

We stayed in Apt. #1; a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment big enough to sleep 6 of us. The kids slept in sleeping bags in the large family room. The apartment was roomy, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to make family meals. It was a "happy" apartment with a screened in back patio that allowed for the kids to play safely without messing up the apartment. The beach was right across the street so it was very convenient. The apartment was well-liked by the grandparents, parents, and kids alike.
