The property has a landscaped garden and is surrounded by woods. The main building has 5 rooms with a large combined kitchen-dining area with log fire and a high ceiling with wood beams. The property is in a nature reserve only 800 m from a long sandy beach and 1km from a naturist beach.

Langasand has a small shop and a restaurant. Fresh fish is purchased from the local fishermen. Falkenberg offers shopping possibilities, pubs etc.
