The beach on the Atlantic Ocean is walking distance. The building also offers 2 swimming pools (heated) with breathtaking views! The fitness center is state of art overlooking the pool/bay and city. Also, right outside is a lap pool and outdoor Jacuzzi so everywhere you look is water or palm trees. There is are also a Private Marina, boat slips/dock at the complex, so you can be picked up here if you charter a boat (extra charge my apply must discuss with dock master). Miami Beach has everything you want for a vacation: fantastic weather year-round, great beaches, boating, water skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving and parasailing. This is also world-class nightlife, dining, shopping and entertainment options. It has something for everyone, from children to adults. Also a great base to take short trips by car and explore Key West and the Florida Keys (1-3 hrs), Ft. Lauderdale (20 min), Palm Beach (2 hours), The Everglades (1 hour), and even go up to Disney in Orlando (about 3-4 hr).

    Weekly housekeeping included in the fee. Additional housekeeping services upon request at $100 per visit.

    50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Fully refundable deposit if cancellation is within 21 days prior to arrival date, less a $150 processing fee. No deposit refunds for cancellations within 20 days of arrival. No refund of full balance 14 days prior to arrival. In addition a $500 security/damage deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and credited back to you within 15 days of departure if unit is free of damages.

    Last minute cancellations that are due to severe weather events (hurricanes, snow storms, etc.) that cause either the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale airport to be closed, or the airport where tenants will be flying out of, will be given credit for a future stay at an available date, except for a $300 processing fee.

Could not ask for more...

I just stayed with my best friend for a week in this amazing condo. First, the apartment has been remodeled and decorated with exquisite taste. They have paid attention to every detail, from the light fixtures, to the quality of the towels, to the scent of the hand soap. Everything was so pleasant! Eventhough the unit has an assigned space in the building's garage, we did not have to use our car since everything you can need is walking distance! Nevertheless, many times we found ourselves ordering in or cooking something simple because we did not want to leave this wonderful hideaway.

We cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely stunning apartment! Even better in real life than in the pictures. wonderful view, great location, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need! I would of been happy to sit on the balcony for the whole time I was in Miami... I will never stay in a Miami hotel again. Thank you very much.

We stopped for a week in Miami on our way back from Brazil. The condo was beautiful, clean, bright, quiet and it truly felt like home. The view from our balcony was SPECTACULAR. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the convenience of walking distance to the Restaurants, Supermarket, Lincoln Road and Beach (Our Rental stayed in the Parking it was needed). We will definitely be back in the near future and we recommend this property to all our friends.

Great stay

We are renting holiday homes for over 20 years, this was by far the best. Starting with the smooth and professional rental procedure followed by the exact driving instructions we arrived to a property that felt more like an overcomplete equipped family home rather than a holiday rental. Every little detail from Nespresso machine to conditioner in the showers was taken care of. 3 flat screens and high speed internet kept everyone connected. The large terrace and the amazing views are other great assets. I cannot think of any age- or peergroup that the property would not be ideal for, whether you want the SoBe Vibe within walking distance or great culture, sport and shopping within a couple of minutes drive. We will return.

Perfect!!

This Miami Beach location could'nt have been more perfect for us. Our business travel plans brought us to Miami - but we also needed some time to relax in between and just enjoy our time together. The apartment was safe, secure, clean, organized, quiet and serene - but easily accessible to downtown Miami. We were able to drive to our project in 5 minutes over the Venetian Causeway and also wirelessly accomplish business in the apartment - looking out on the beautiful view over Biscayne Bay towards the Miami skyline. The balcony offered a wonderful spot for morning coffee before the workday began - and a spot to relax at the end of the day. We loved the neighborhood and found a great opportunity to celebrate and host a dinner for our team at a restaurant. The owners were extremely acommodating and had paid attention to all the little details that make a "homeaway from home" great. Thank you for being there - from the bottom of my heart.
You made our trip worthwhile.
