Sit in your dining room or living room and look directly out over the Pacific Ocean and the shoreline waves. This condo is located in a small, 32 unit complex on a cliff in the southern portion of San Clemente. Swimming is directly in front; world class surfing beaches down the sand a bit. The condo has been newly remodeled and is in excellent condition. The pier and downtown are a 30 minute walk along the beach and there you will find wonderful boutiques and stores for shopping and numerous restaurants for your dining pleasure. Two restaurants are a short walk from the condo as is a public golf course and tennis courts.
