NOW RENTING FOR 2010 SEASON This modern house in Holgate offers easy access to the beach and has plenty of off street parking. The house has a seperate TV Room as well as a full living room and large dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The master bedroom suite has a full tumbled marble bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower and makeup area. There are 3 floors of decks including a great roof top deck. A 200+ sq ft E P Henry block patio with teak furniture is great for dining or just relaxing. The laundry room has a washer/dryer and spare refrigerator. The house has 3 televisions with HBO and sports package as well as wireless internet service. This is a great place for a family vacation. You will be 1 mile from downtown Beach Haven for shopping, restaurants and night life. Now taking bookings for 2009 season.

Holgate is a residential area that offers relaxation and the excitement of the beach, ocean and bay. You will be right across from the beach access. The town of Beach Haven is 1 mile away and offers breakfast spots, restaurants, night life and a kids park with rides and amusements and both an adult and child water park. There is also access to charter fishing boats, evening cruises and a ferry to Atlantic City. The beach by this house has life guards from 10AM to 5PM daily. There is also a surfing beach that allows surfing & ocean kayaking. The house is 8/10 of a mile from a U.S. beach wild life preserve. There is a bike path for riding or roller blading and you will be 1/2 mile from a children's public park with swings, slides, etc as well as a full roller blade hockey rink.
