This sun drenched apartment has a southern exposure which has a beautiful view of the City and the Hudson River. It sleeps 3 and is furnished with a queen size bed, sofa bed for 1, flat screen TV, cable, local phone, full kitchen with dishwasher and bath with fresh linens and towels. Best decision I've EVER made...

Staying at this apt. was the best decision I've ever made. It's twice the size of a normal NYC hotel room and a lot less expensive. The location is perfect. It's far enough away from the hustle n bustle of the touristy midtown areas so that you have some quiet, but close enough to where you can walk 5 minutes and be in the mix of it all. The apt is exactly as it looks on the pictures. And the rooftop us unreal. I ate my breakfast up there every morning as it's so beautiful. Also, the work out facility is state of the art and is on the top floor, so the view is awesome! Kevin, the owner, couldn't be nicer and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great stay!

Superb Apartment Near Everything in NYC

The first things that came to mind when the door opened were how nicely laid out and clean this apartment was. Only eleven floors above a quiet, clean, safe-looking area. The only noises we heard were the occasion clip-clop of the horse drawn carriages when we had the windows open to enjoy the views of the river to our southwest and lights of Times Square to our southeast. There was also a gorgeous view of the city from the rooftop, glass-surrounded rooftop observation level. Simply breathtaking. Everything we wanted to see was within a short walk or subway ride. This place is a class act. Thanks Kevin!

Perfect choice

This October we stayed for four days in this apt with my wife.
This apt was the perfect choice for us. The apt was well equipped, comfortable, all things was very good, just like the website offers.
The view form the roof and form the room was breath-taking.
Another advantage of this apt is its location, the Times Square is only some minutes walk.

The manager was flexible, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, Kevin.

I'll recommend this apt to anyone who would like to get a very good service for very good price!

My husband and I had a great trip to NYC and this apartment was fantastic! Kevin was great and was very hospitable to our needs. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to New York.

The place to be

After a long search for a place to stay in NY, me and my 2 friends had the chance to find this property’s contact (Web page).
The first impression of professionalism and kindness we had by contacting the person in charge (Kevin) was confirmed upon arrival. The studio is comfortable and well equipped; the location is perfect: a quiet area very close to the most touristic attractions of NYC and to restaurants and bars. We loved the amazing view from the studio and from the roof terrace. We will definitely come back and we will recommend this accommodation to our friends.
