This home is located just 1 block from the beach at 101 Trenton Ave. in the very desirable town on Lavallette on the New Jersey Shore. This is the upper unit in a 2 family house. The lower unit is also available for rent. There is also a 3 bedroom unit in the rear of the property that is availble for rent. To see pictures of the lower and rear units, go to NJShoreRent.com. The house has just been completely remodeled and has a second floor deck and large yard with outdoor furniture and BBQ grills. The unit has a washer/dryer, central A/C, and dishwasher. The home is located in the town of Lavallette within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Lower 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is also available for summer rental.
