Beautiful townhome on quiet cul-de-sac backing to woods. 3 large bedrooms - master with queen bed, 2 family bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, loft room with day bed and trundle, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 10, 6 in private bedrooms. Lovely 7/10-mile walk to private Sea Colony beach, or take the Sea Colony tram or ride the bike. $35 fee per guest (over age 4) for recreation facilities + parking & tram. Top-rated tennis resort & instruction. Short walk to tennis facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, catch-and-release fishing pond, restaurants. 2 bikes, beach chairs and beach toys available for tenants. Pack 'n Play for the little ones.
