On the ground floor of the house, there is a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a living room with an open fireplace. Located upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This is a really clean, spacious, tasteful, well- equipped house! The views from the large roof terrace are stunning, even at night; so many stars! It is an easy drive to lovely beaches and there are many places to visit. We all (family of 5 with 3 grown-up children) loved it and do not hesitate to recommend this lovely house.

Hervorragend ausgestattes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit luxuriöser Sanitär- und Kücheneinrichtung. Traumhafter Panoramablick von großer Dachterasse. Präzise und absolut korrekte Informationen vom Eigentümer. Sehr freundliche, angenehme Betreuung auch vor Ort. Historischer Ortskern (300m) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant (sehr gute Küche). Öffentliches Schwimmbad mit ebenfalls sensationellem Ausblick in die Hügellandschaft der Maremma.
Auto erforderlich, gute Verkehrsanbindung.
Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Objekt ist ein großes, gemütliches, sehr gepflegtes Haus, das in dem romantischen, ruhigen Bergdorf Giuncárico liegt (ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich) und in dem man locker zu sechst Urlaub machen kann. Die Zimmer sind liebe- und geschackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die große, vollausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen und zum Essen ein. Von der großen Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick über Grosseto und auf die angrenzenden Hügelketten.
Schöne italienische Städte (z.B. Grosseto, Orbetello) Tagesausflüge ans Meer (z.B. Castiglione della Pescaia, Barrati) und die vielen archäologischen Stätten in der Nähe (z.B Vetulonia, Populónia, Cosa, Roselle) garantieren einen kurzweiligen Urlaub. Empfehlenswert ist ebenfalls ein Ausflug zum Tarot-Garten bei Capálbio, den Tuff-Städte Pitigliano und Sovana oder zu den Schwefelquellen von Saturnia.
Die Angaben der freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Vermieter stimmen zu 100%, die freundliche Betreuung vor Ort ist ebenfalls klasse!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern zu Gast und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Die Ausstattung läßt nichts vermissen, allein die Dachterasse ist eine Buchung wert. Guter Standort für Meer, Kultur und Ausflüge ins Hinterland, Auto aber unbedingt erforderlich. Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich, Kontakt zum Vermieter ebenfalls äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert sind die Strände bei Punta Ala aus Richtung Follonica kommend (auch hier sind die Parkplätze kostenpflichtig, dafür gibt's aber auch Süßwasserduschen) und ein abendlicher Ausflug nach Massa Marittima.

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Die Angaben des Vermieters in der Beschreibung stimmen zu 100%.
Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und hatten mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern genügend Platz.
Ein besonderer Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die einen gigantischen Blick über die Ebene bietet.
Zudem ist das Haus super günstig von der Schnellstraße aus zu erreichen (Abfahrt 5 km entfernt).
Auch die Strecke zum Meer mit riesigen Sandstränden und sehr flachem Wasser ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
