Spacious, 325 square foot (30 square meters) open floorplan style design studio located on the second floor of a walk-up building, with oversized double-glazed street-facing windows, hardwood floors, cast iron column, 12 foot ceilings, and decorated with high end designer furniture and lighting fixtures. Amenities include: queen-sized bed, writing desk and two chairs, six-drawer dresser, flat screen television with satellite cable and premium movie channels, high speed wireless internet, kitchenette with cooking essentials, and a private bathroom with shower. High quality towels and sheets and duvet are provided. Very comfortably heated during the cold season and air-conditioned during the summer months.

The neighborhood is ideally active with shoppers by day but quiet by night when the in-the-know come out for dining at places like Balthazar, Cipriani, and La Esquina. Just two blocks from Lower Broadway shopping district and designer boutiques like Prada, Yohji Yamamoto, Burberry and Chanel. Conveniently located just two blocks from two major subway lines (NRQW and 6) with plentiful taxis around the corner.

I have been in this apartament in october 2009. I have to say that the pics in interent are a little bit more pretty than the flat alive. But I have to say that it was a good stay, the bed was confortable, the location quite good, even if a bit noisy, but it's New York :) I have been the free intenet connection and the subway is near. And very important: the contacts with the owner by mail were always fast and very simple.
