The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals or reheating take out (empanadas) in the microwave. The kitchen also has a refrigerator with freezer, a breakfast table that accommodates three to four people, and a complete set of dishes and pots and pans. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, telephone, central heating, washer/dryer, linens and towels. The apartment is very quiet, with limited traffic noise from the street.

Sleeps five to six. Gated Security.

The Electricity is 220 watts. Utilities, Internet Access, Telephone (Local), Building Taxes, and Cable TV Are Paid By the Owner.

Vereinbarter Mietpreis für 3,2 Wochen wesentlich zu teuer. Die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung wesentlich schöner als sie ist.Tür zum 1.Bad konnte man nicht schließen, die Dusche im 2.Bad konnte nicht genutzt werden. Spülkasten im 1.Bad ohne Deckel.Alle Türen bräuchten mal einen Anstrich, bei Wind klappern Fenster und Türen sehr laut und es zieht.Fensterscheibe in einem Schlafzimmer kaputt. Geschirr und Töpfe waren noch voll Fett vom Vorgänger, keine Möglichkeit in der Wohnung im Bad Wäsche aufzuhängen, nur auf der Terrasse ganz oben.Schloß von der Waschmaschine kaputt. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung eher einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Es waren auch viele Sachen des Dauerbewohners in der Wohnung (Fotoalben,Schreiben,etc.,.), sodaß die Vermutung nahe liegt es wurde schnell geräumt um die Mieteinnahmen zu erzielen.Auf keinem Fall handelt es sich um eine Dauerferienwohnung. Das Feriendomizil würde ich nicht gerne weiterempfehlen.
