This cozy but roomy cottage style house was built in 1868 and is located on beautiful Tattnall Street, just two blocks from the north end of Forsyth Park and within walking distance of everything in the Savannah Landmark Historic District. It was recently renovated and stylishly furnished. The original heart pine floors are newly refinished. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a fireplace with gas logs for cool winter evenings. There is off street parking for multiple cars, as well as plenty of street parking. The private and recently landscaped courtyard is very large and has a gas grill. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and also upstairs, in addition to a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The beds have fluffy down alternative comforters and the baths are tiled. The upstairs bedroom is large with a walk in closet and the upstairs bathroom has a laundry area for your convenience.

All you need to bring are a change of clothes. Betty has absolutely thought of everything. Yes, I mean every single little thing. This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location. I hope that we are able to return and stay again. Everything was so clean and it was decorated very attractively. The beds were super comfortable with wonderful linens, white fluffy towels in the bathrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for all you did and for the southern hospitality.

We loved this cottage. We had a wonderful girlfriend weekend in Savannah. This home is very convenient to everything you need to do and see in Savannah and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the delightful leisurely mornings were spent in the courtyard. Betty, the owner, was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. We loved our stay in Savannah and would definitely recommend this home to everyone and anyone who is visiting! Perfect for a girlfriend getaway or a small family retreat!
