Kitchen with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator & high-end stainless steel appliances. Master bathroom with 2 sinks, limestone & glass tiles, marble countertops, sunken tub, chandelier, separate shower & private toilet. Full-sized washer/dryer. BALCONY overlooking beach. TWO flat screen TVs. *TWIN BEDS* in 2nd bedroom (photo now shows one full-size bed). Fully-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Walk-in and storage closets. Step onto beach from building. Ideal beach location just a short walk to Downtown Long Beach & Shoreline Village. TWENTY-FOUR hour doorman. Well-equipped gym. Outdoor pool, spa and barbecues. We stayed in this condo in late June 09 , and had an amazing time. The pictures do not justify the amazing views from this condo! Beds were amazingly comfortable and the decor was very tasteful with a contemporary/retro style. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in the building and in the condo.
The view is gorgeous, we enjoyed walking a lot, our children were very happy, skating and bicycling every day.
We appreciated Eric's kindness and super efficiency,
we would love to go back......

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views!

This condo is located in a very secure building located directly on the beach with views that are absolutely amazing from every room! The modern decor combined with stunning views is located conveniently to LA and all "the" beaches (Hermosa, Manhattan, Venice) are all located within minutes of this location. Pine Avenue (the restaurant strip) is within walking distance and for those looking for a biking, roller blading, running or walking location a paved path is located within feet of the outdoor community patio. The gym is professionally equipped with free weights and various pieces of cardio equipment. Parking is convenient and secured beneath the building.

The Passport bus runs between all of the tourist spots in Long Beach and the Pacific Building sits right on the route!

I rented the condo for a month (March 2009) and Eric has checked in several times to ensure my comfort and happiness. The customer service has been exceptional and the location perfect!
