Our house is found in a new building in Gruissan. The living room and the bedrooms as well as the bathroom is found on the first floor. The house also has an adjacent terrace, a garden and a garden house. The beach, the supermarket and other transactions are 5 minutes away. The La Clape mountains are 10 minutes away from the vacation rental.

This house is located at the foot of the La Clape-Mountains. It is surrounded by extensive sand beaches and is in the midst of the largest cultivation area of wine in Southern France.

... die Einrichtungen des Ferienhauses (Küche mit Spülmaschine, TV, Waschmaschine, Beleuchtung etc.)waren funktionstüchtig und in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht mehr durchwegs in allerneuestem Zustand (Markise defekt).
Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung so dass wir ein "zufriedenstellend bis gut" vergeben können.
Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Ruhe in der Ferienanlage (Nachsaison).

das Haus war in Ordnung, es gab an der Einrichtung nichts zu bemängel.
Auch die Betten, sonst immer Stein des Ansoßes, waren gut.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war die für uns wichtige Waschmaschine: sie war leider defekt, und wurde auch in den 14 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit nicht repariert.
