Most desirable due to its privacy, it offers a warm, personal mood, and is afforded a thoughtful array of amenities. A stylish blend of island charm and West Indies decor, the look of slate, granite, stainless steel and earth tones coalesce to create a natural harmony, making this villa ideal for honeymooners or secluded retreats. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a television and a private bath equipped with a jet tub and separate step-in shower. This villa also offers a second full bath with a step-in shower located just off the living space. Hampton Place is the newest oceanfront villas in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways leading to old-fashioned swings and a private beach access surround the large oceanfront pool complex. Hampton Place has a new workout facility (open Feb 2009) pool side, two large pools (heated seasonally). An adults-only pool, family pool, hot tub, extensive sun deck, covered gazebo and picnic tables with adjacent outdoor grills complete this setting. Bathrooms and showers to rinse off from the beach are available. Also, the complex is conveniently located next door to the Marriott Oceanfront Hotel, which has specialty shops and restaurants.

A Lovely Week in Hilton Head

The condo was very nice. It could use some touch ups. A cracked outlet plate in the bathroom, loose toilet paper holder, and a vent covered by a paper plate. Otherwise it was lovely. It is an end unit and ocean front but it is not as directly oceanfront as end units in the 6000 building at Hampton Place. On the upside, you do not face the pool and are not disturbed by noisy children. Although not listed, the condo does have an iron and ironing board. Perfect place for two people.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
