Resort is located approximately 5 miles from Walt Disney World and minutes away from other attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove . There are a number of restaurants and shopping in the area, dinner theatres such as Medieval Times and Capones. Directly across from the townhouse is a 6,700 sq ft clubhouse, offering a variety of amenities such as concierge service, pool, fitness center, cyber cafe, basketball courts, volleyball, tots playground. Also for your enjoyment there are walking trails and acres of lakes. One hour drive to beaches, such as .Cocoa Beach and Melbourne Beach. Medical facilities are located within 10 minutes of resort, Osceola Regional Hospital and Florida Hospital.

Great Place for Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation property!. The property layout was just as presented in the online pictures. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. There was a TV in every room, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and plenty of wash cloths/towels. It is very well situated to all the shopping facilities/dining facilities (Wal-Mart, Red Lobster, etc.) and we were able to get to every amusement part with 15-20 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back around Thanksgiving and/or Xmas to stay again.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a great deal for a very cheap price!

The house is clean, beautifally furnished and decorated, new and comfertable. It is approximaltely 15-20 minutes from Disney. Very quite location, 1 minute from wall-mart. I would defenetly reccomended to a freind.

This condo was beautiful and stocked with almost everything we needed. We had a great trip and I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Great Vacation Rental

My husband and I often travel the country playing golf. And a comfortable home away from home is essential to an enjoyable trip. Good vacation rentals are welcome sights indeed, and we feel a duty to share those wonderful locations with fellow travelers in hopes of similar reviews and recommendations from others.

This condo was comfortable and ultra quiet. At the time of our stay, it was a brand-new property and well taken care of. The rooms are roomy enough for a large family, though we only had two people in our trip.

There are plenty of dishes and tupperware. I've rarely seen such a well-stocked kitchen in vacation homes. We also had occasion to speak to the owner, whom we found to be kind and professional.

I've bookmarked this condo for my return trips to the area. I highly recommend it.
