With 250 feet of frontage on the Esopus Creek in the back of the property and the rolling hills and barns of an organic bison farm in the front of the property, tranquility dominates the views seen from the windows of this charming cottage located at the base of the Catskill mountains. Newly and tastefully completed, 'Brigham Place' was eco consciously designed with bamboo floors, reclaimed materials and vintage furnishings. This 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage has a spacious open floor plan which includes a chef inspired kitchen with a large dining bar and French doors opening out from the main living area to a sprawling new deck surrounded by nature. In addition, there is a charming living space on ground level with a single bed, bathroom, separate entrance and a perfect view of the creek.
