Enjoy the convenience of a downstairs condominium unit. You will have easy access to the beach and pool. No need to use the stairs or elevator. This unit is kid friendly with a television and DVD player in every room. All kitchen appliances and supplies are ready for long or short term tenants. Washer and Dryer are located on the second floor. New tile throughout, new furniture in living area and remodeled master bathroom. *Castle Reef is located on the non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. You can relax and enjoy the beach without having cars pass you and allow your children to play along the beach. There are shells to enjoy as well as some surfing and boogie boarding. This Condo comes with beach chairs and boogie boards. *Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in the master, two twin beds in the spare bedroom, and a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. Perfect for large or small families.
