Beautiful residential New York City Penthouse (top floor) apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps four. There is also a foldout futon in the living room for an extra person or 2. The apt is on the 2 top floors of an elevator, doorman building. Residential Manhattan building located on 34th st between 8th and 9th avenue. It is a split level with 2 bedrooms and full bath on one floor and a kitchen and livingroom with a small bath on the 2nd floor. There's also a private terrace with panoramic views of the City. The apartment is located just steps away from Herald Square and the Empire State Building and Times Square is very close. It's a neighborhood where you can walk everywhere… to restaurants, bars and clubs, great shopping, a great midtown residential area. PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY CALENDAR! very nice app in the heart of new york. just a few step away from the empire state building. very good startingpoint for sightseeing.

the apartment is exactly like the pictures. clean und a very nice view from the big terrace. it's a little bit noisy. i guess because auf several air conditions in the backyard. but it's ok! i sleep very well!

Six of us stayed in this apartment for several nights. It was perfect. Great location. It was walking distance to almost everything and it was a great neighborhood. I would definately stay here again.

Very cute place, the apartement is exactly the same as on the pictures, no bad surprises.It is clean ans well furnished. Great location because near the subway and many sites can be done and visited by feet.
We spent a fantastic time in NYC and won't hesitate to contact Tim for a next come.

Just got back 9/08, this unit is exactly as described. Great location, down the street from the the "Rock", easy access to all the great sites of NY. You will not be disapointed.
