Looking for a quaint yet modern place to rent for a memorable family vacation? Our fully furnished, recently renovated townhome sleeps 10 comfortably, and includes a well-stocked kitchen, fireplaced living room, gameroom with wood burning stove and pool/ping pong/air hockey table. The first floor Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bath. The second floor has a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a separate loft area with a futon and sofabed. The basement level includes a bedroom with two bunk beds. We are situated on Moose Pond with a stunning water view from all bedrooms and living room, directly across from Shawnee Peak Ski Area. In the summers, enjoy our beach with swim dock and tennis courts. We are ideally located less than 3 hours from Boston, 1 hour from Portland, and 13 miles from North Conway, NH, the gateway to the White Mountain National Forest.

Our waterfront property is located on Moose Pond directly across from the Shawnee Peak, a great family-friendly ski resort. On site, enjoy a sandy beach, swim dock, and tennis courts. Autumn brings amazing fall foliage and the Fryeburg Fair, Maine's largest agricultural fair. Downtown Bridgton features several restaurants, antique shops, and a movie theater. Within a short drive, you can reach golf courses, a bowling alley, drive-in movie theater, boat cruises, Sebago Lake, mini-golf and batting cages, Saco River tubing, the Deertrees Theater, snow tubing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. In addition, North Conway, NH is a 20-minute drive where you will find outlet shopping, restaurants, Mt. Washington and the White Mountain National Forest. Storyland and Santa’s Village are wonderful children’s destinations. In winter, skiers can make daytrips to Sunday River in Bethel or several ski resorts in NH, all under one hour's drive.
