Coquina Cottage offers all the luxuries needed to truly experience this wonderful barrier island. The cottage’s decor enhances all the builder’s upgrades. The master bedroom has its own bathroom suite with an over sized tub and cove ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with plush queen beds. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms have large, walk-in closets and ceiling fans. Fluffy white towels and bed linens complete the experience. Coquina Cottage is perfect for golfers, families and/or couples. Complete with everything to enjoy a few weeks stay on the island or just an extended weekend getaway. This is a family friendly neighborhood. It is safe for kids to ride bicycles on the private cul-de-sac.

Coquina Cottage is located 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean and less than a mile from St. Simons Island’s quaint Village/Pier area. Location: From end of Causeway take first right at Kingsway for 2.1 miles. Turn left at the 2nd set of traffic lights--Mallery Street, turn right at curve (Mallery Street continues) approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto Toluca Lane. Coquina Cottage is the fourth house on the right-hand side of Toluca Lane. The beach cottage is new to the rental market. Located on a private cul-de-sac and across from Demere Park—-perfect to take a walk with your pet or enjoy with your family. Coquina Cottage is less than four blocks to the King and Prince beach resort. We are less than 4/10ths of a mile to the beach. Coquina Cottage was built in 2004. The cottage has a mid-century modern appeal coupled with a coastal Georgia flair.

Coquina Cottage is a jewel!

Our stay at Coquina Cottage was a most enjoyable experience. We found the house to be well appointed and immaculate in every respect. It was spotlessly clean and offered virtually everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The quiet location was perfect for our particular needs, and the fact that it was adjacent to a small park and only minutes from the beach made it very nice and quite convenient for walking our pets in a pleasant, safe environment. The availability of owner-supplied bicycles was well appreciated and made our discovery of the Island and its local attractions a most enjoyable daily ritual. The proximity to the local beaches and short car (or bike) ride to fabulous restaurants made it painless to explore the area for new finds. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini-vacation on St. Simons Island and strongly recommend Coquina Cottage. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a perfect home for a family vacation!!

Me and my family (husband, and 3 boys, 15-13-and5) had a great time on our vacation in St. Simons and at this home. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, updated, and had everything you need for the week aqnd beach. My home is spacious and open, yet can be private in the rooms. Dooly was great and provided good customer service. My children enjoyed the boogie boards,and bikes. Thier are several stores close, a pool, attractions, and the beach right around the corner. The house was located on a private road without much traffic, which was great with a little one. The beaches were clean and my kids loved to go at high tide when the waves were rolling in. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to enjoy a family vacation close to the beach. It is a beautifully weel kept home that comes with just about everything you need. Very family friendly. Thank you Dolly for allowing me and my family to enjoy our vacation. We will definitly look forward to visiting your home again in the future. Stephanie

We had a great time!

I went with 3 other girls for the weekend and we had a great time! The cottage was cute and clean and only a short bike ride to the village, etc. (less than a mile).
Very fun!
Owner's Response: The bikes provide hours of additional fun on the island. Coquina Cottage also has boogie boards and beach chairs for my guests to use.

Dolly is a very gracious, pleasant and accommodating hostess who makes your comfort and satisfaction a priority. The house is very well constructed, spacious, clean, beautiful and the amenities serve all your needs. It is a home we could live in permanently. It could please an individual or easily suit a small family. We would recommend it highly.
