This exceptional deluxe studio/loft unit at the New Aspenwood Condo in Snowmass Village, Colorado, is located in the complex with easy access from Gallun Lane and Fall Lane off of Upper Village Snowmelt Road. The unit was totally refurbished for winter with new kitchen, new stone fireplace, new bath vanity and fixtures, new flooring throughout including slate entry feature, and expansion of unit by 20%, etc. A $4.5 million dollar renovation project is complete for the coming season. You'll love the waterfalls, spas, sauna, exercise room and conference center. There is a view of the pool area and towards the slope side at Snowmass Ski Area...with easy Ski-in/Ski-out (walk-in/walkout) access. Great on site management and easy walk to Conference Center next door and Snowmass Mall. Wonderful in Summer too. Free VHS video library. Renters use of internet computer in office and wireless access in unit. Great heated pool and Hot Tub; Sauna and Exercise Room. Free airport shuttle.
