Apartment sullied by ungracious owner

My family was disappointed by this apartment when we visited in August 2009. The location is good, the view is gorgeous, and the apartment has potential. With some assistance and an attitude-change on the part of the owner, it could be very nice.
With two people in the single bedroom, one on a narrow bed in the living room, and another on a bed in the entry/office, the one-bedroom (not 2) apartment comfortably sleeps 4 (not 6).
Unfortunately, the apartment is crowded with the owner's stuff - papers, clothing, magazines, and odd keepsakes crowd the floor and surfaces, and trap an enormous amount of dust and grime. If the owner wants to make it comfortable for visitors, she will have to undertake a major cleaning.
Furthermore, her attitude is unfortunate: a note in the kitchen said that she had left two dishwasher soap capsules for our use and that we could buy more at the neighborhood grocery (while a box of capsules from different manufacturers that she had hoarded from prior visitors was hidden in a closet).
If the owner/manager ever decide to make this apartment worth visiting, it could be a special getaway. Unfortunately, that commitment has not been made yet.

We do encourage future reviewers to contact us, and we will be glad to provide them with more reliable sources of renters who had a wonderful experience at this beautiful and quality place, located in the most upscale residential area of Paris.
The personal belongings of this Owner are described in a rather offending manner, while it was made clear to this reviewer that the apartment is owner occupied and sleeps 5.
A video is reflecting accurately the situation, for future renters to make up their minds.
Also this reviewer accepted in writing to be responsible with the various supplies. The one he describes in a contemptful fashion were left as a courtesy to him by the Owner. This is not the best way to express gratitude.
