Recently restored colonial on a tree lined street, in the heart of Greenport. Steps to bay beach. Kitchen & bathrooms are recently remodeled. All new appliances. 4 large bedrooms. Master has king size bed & well appointed private bath. Guest room #1 has a king size bed. Guest room # 2 has a queen size bed. Guest room # 3 has 2 twin beds. 1st floor office has a trundle daybed which converts to 2 twin beds. Laundry on 2nd floor. Large backyard has a spacious deck with Weber grill and outdoor shower. Several bikes are available for use. Plasma TV, DVD, cable, broadband. Jacuzzi tub. Off street parking. The house is bright and spacious. Hardware floors on 1st floor. Fully carpeted 2nd floor. Walking distance to town, train, beach & ferry.
