Best Location! Right on the Beach! Located at 2 Tunis Ave. Old Orchard Beach, right on the Ocean Park line. Renovations done 2007. Two master suites with private bathrooms. 1 bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms cable ready. Rental is the upper 2 stories of the house with a balcony overlooking miles of beach and ocean . 1st floor is a vacant storage space with Washer/Dryer. Gas grill on balcony and plenty of off street parking. Short 5 min. walk to Ocean Park or a 1 mile drive to downtown Old Orchard attractions. Close by are short drives to Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Freeport, or Kittery shopping and sightseeing.
