The beach is great for walking and is well known as a loggerhead turtle nesting area--dolphins--whales too! This beautiful unit is completely furnished with new furniture, linens, towels and large screen TV with DVD. Modern kitchen, elevator access, western view to nature preserve and the Inter coastal waterway. Immaculate grounds with pool and tennis court. Come on down!

Location: Melbourne Beach in USA

You will find Melbourne Beach between Indian Harbor Beach and Sebastian (where the little house is to the right). There is but one section of US Highway A1A (on the whole East Coast)-- where there are no traffic lights for 18 miles--that's where we are-- about 1/2 way between Melbourne and Sebastian Inlet. To our North is the Turtle Preserve area--to our West is Nature preserve, to our South is one 3 story condo (hardly visible), and to the East, the beautiful Atlantic! We are near Kennedy Space Center, golf, great restaurants, shopping and local theater in Melbourne (King Center, Civic Theater & Henegar Center) and Vero Beach--walk the beach or relax--, enjoy warm, sunny days in a quiet,welcome, fun, 'home-away-from-home' environment!

This is an excellent beach rental--everything is new and clean--I loved falling asleep listening to the waves and waking up and seeing the water right from our bed! The owners are great and make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Definately a "10"! we'll be back! Jack and Colleen
