Come and getaway from the fast-paced world and still have the conveniences and activities near Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. In the fall, enjoy the weekend away from the kids in this secluded location and rekindle the spark that made you fall in love. The tranquility and the feeling of being at peace with nature is unbelievable and must be experienced to appreciate. If you come at the right time of year a moose, wild turkey, osprey, hawks and other birds can be seen and heard. There is plenty of elbow-room being located on an acre and a half with hammocks, a tree fort, and a huge covered deck to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open air. Plenty of room is available to play any lawn game you desire. Treed and non-treed areas allow for a good old fashion game of hide-n-seek with the kids as well as touch football, croquet, lawn bowling, horseshoes or just enjoying nature.

Within a few minute drive is a boat launch, fishing dock, children's playground and beach. There are docks for fishing and areas to sunbathe or have a picnic lunch. You can walk the trail that surrounds the lake or enjoy a bike ride. The serenity and tranquility of the area allows you to relax and enjoy your vacation without having to drive. Or, if you are more adventurous and looking to learn about the history of the area it is only a fifteen minute drive to beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene area or twenty minutes to the Spokane city center.

This vacation rental is a beautiful home tucked away in a amazing part of Idaho. The cabin is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Sight-seeing, shopping and food is great is northern Idaho. Highly recommend this --

This is a wonderful rental for a family. The house is comfortable, and everything that could be needed or wanted is supplied. The house is tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean, but not fussy so as to make one uncomfortable. The house is on a dead-end road, and so is very quiet. There is a small park nearby with a beach and play area for kids. There is a yard with a mix of mowed areas and wild areas for kids to play. The hot tub is wonderful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen complete, the spot serene. Highly recommended.
